As a way to provide immediate help and to determine if I can be of further help, I offer you a free one time introductory, 15 minutes phone consultation to talk about anything you want. 

You can E-mail me or call me at anytime at my toll free phone number (888) 22-HABIT. If I am in and available, we will talk at that time; if I'm unavailable, leave your name, e-mail address * and phone number and at least three dates and times that I can call you back. I will E-mail you a confirmation time, if an E-mail was provided.

That's all there is to it---a free consultation ---all phone consultations are strictly confidential. (You don't even have to use your real name if you don't want to). If you decide that you would like to continue on with sessions, I will mail you a copy of my book along with a brief confidential questionnaire for you to fill out and for you to let  me know about the problem(s) with which you want help. This will enable me to better assist you.

Tele-Coaching -Telephone Consultation

I can arrange to be available by telephone from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST -- Monday through Friday (and occasionally on weekends). At your convenience, from the comfort of your own home or office, we can have private confidential talks by telephone.

Note: Each phone session can be taped so that you can listen to it as often as you wish. All phone consultations are strictly confidential.
